- Support, troubleshooting, and responding to requests.
- Analytics and product improvement.
- Legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms.
Legal bases under EU/Netherlands law: performance of a contract (running the Game/features you use), legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, analytics, improvements), and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent (e.g., certain optional analytics), you can withdraw it in settings where offered.
4. Sharing
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, anti-cheat, email).
- Legal/dispute: courts, regulators, or to enforce rights, protect users, or comply with law.

We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above, then either delete or irreversibly anonymize it. Account data is retained while your account is active; security logs may be retained longer to prevent abuse.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is 100% secure; use strong, unique credentials.
8. Your rights (EU/Netherlands)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will comply where required by law. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Children
The Game is not intended for children under 16. If you believe we hold data about a child under 16 without consent, contact us.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
